Troubleshooting

My Telegram topics are shown as "Unknown Channel" when I want to select one

This happens because we only receive topic name information when an edit event occurs in Telegram. When you add our bot to an already existing group, we have no prior information about the topic names. To fix this, simply edit the topic name in Telegram to something else, then change it back to the original name — this triggers an update event and your topic names will appear correctly in the dashboard.
